The renovated Camí del Calvari in Ibiza, inaugurated following a €2.5 million investment, enhances access to Dalt Vila with Benito urban furniture: Quatro chairs and Mar beacons.

The Camí del Calvari in Ibiza has been officially inaugurated following the completion of its refurbishment, an emblematic project involving an investment of €2.5 million to improve one of the most important historic access routes to the walled enclosure of Dalt Vila. The intervention, financed through the Sustainable Tourism Tax (ITS), the Island Council, and the Regional Government, has transformed this roadway into a more accessible, welcoming, and attractive promenade for both residents and visitors, with particular attention to pedestrian mobility and integration with the heritage surroundings.

As part of this renovation, Benito Urban installed chairs from the Quatro collection, providing comfortable resting points along the route, as well as Mar beacons incorporating a functional and aesthetic lighting system adapted to the urban and tourist character of the promenade. These elements of urban furniture enhance the user experience, reinforcing comfort and functionality while maintaining harmony with the historic landscape.

The opening of this section represents a clear improvement in Ibiza’s urban quality, facilitating access to the city’s cultural and urban heritage and supporting a sustainable and high-quality tourism model.
